TruthGirlz Testimony

For 15 years, TruthGirlz has been ministering to middle and high school girls in Iredell County. For these girls, this time is often the highlight of their week. In meetings, girls are able to share openly about their lives, learn about their value and worth, and hear the truth that they are fearfully and wonderfully made by Christ who loves them.

• When I first came to TruthGirlz it just felt like home.

• When I first shared my experience of coming to Jesus, everyone was so supportive and accepting.

• I enjoyed when the panels happen as we get a perspective of people that have lived experiences that we go through.

• Meeting the TruthGirlz team and them knowing me made me feel special. I’ve never been recognized like that before.

• I remember struggling with my community and how I was being treated, but TruthGirlz was there for me to give me advice and a place where I belonged.

• Being able to talk about how I felt about a family situation and the ladies supporting me
