The Development Officer plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the organization by cultivating and stewarding relationships with individuals, churches, corporations, and foundations. This externally facing position is responsible for expanding and strengthening the donor base to meet both short-term and long-term financial goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence, integrity, and a deep personal alignment with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.

This role requires a strong commitment to the life-affirming position and Biblical sexual purity, an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and active membership in a local church that aligns with Crossroads Care Clinic’s Statement of Faith.
